I used to love this app, used it everyday. But there latest update did more than update the "2015 IRS mileage rates"...it makes the entire app not work properly. I have emailed them and have yet to hear back from them...cant use the app until its fixed.

1/26/15 -- I contacted support about the problem with the January 21 update. This is their reply: +++++ Thanks very much for contacting us. We have already resolved the issue and uploaded the new version of app for approval on App Store. App is in review state from Apple. Apple takes 3 to 4 days in app approval. Hopefully you would be able to update for new version within 3 to 4 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience. All of your data of the app will remain intact. All my destinations ran together. Im on the road everyday and now I need to find a new app. This use to work great. Worst part my phone automatically updated this app. I turned that option off.

Worked good at first. It now all the destinations and vehicle menus run together on one line so I cant make any changes. I paid for a working app, please fix it.

Ive had this app for a little over 2 years and think its designed poorly. I had 2 cars that I used for travel. I downsized to one vehicle, in 2015 I attempted to delete one car to start anew. It will not let me stating the car is associated with mileage. The new update is deplorable. I have not been able to use the app in almost a week, there are too many bugs. Im jumping ship to another app, They are slow to fixing the bugs.

How do I get my money back? Software tech have done nothing to resolve bug issues. This app is a set up. It works for 30 days then the gps doesnt work, the edit capability fails, whats worse you spend so much time setting data systems then they crash or turn just jumbled. If you have to older version doesnt my upgrade

The last update is causing issues. Ive been using this app for over a year and found it worked great with very nice features. Now I cant select a vehicle or a purpose. Please fix soon! Ive upgraded my rating to two stars after I sent an email to customer support and they responded immediately saying they would do another upgrade once Apple approves it within next 3 to 4 days. I changed my review to 5 stars since the app support was so responsive in fixing the problem. The app is very useful with great features!

Better since the last update, but now I cant use the GPS setting to track mileage. It shows no bars, but the gps app I have for directions works fine.

GPS doesnt work. Developer needs to fix this or take the app off the store.

App broke a while back for the IRS 2015 update but ver 1.4 fixed one issue. GPS trip does not work. Needs to be fixed ASAP since it was a paid app.

This used to be a great app. After an "update" for the 2015 IRS mileage rates, the gps function no longer worked. An email was sent out explaining that a fix was ready but Apple had to approve it, which takes 2 to 3 days. About 4 days afterward, the "fix" was posted. Guess what? The app remains just as broken. Another "fix" was posted on 2/13/15. The app is yet again, still broken. Requests for reimbursement are ignored. Avoid anything by this developer!!!

Just got the app and think its pretty slick. Still trying it out and may update the rating...

I love this app. I only wish I could edit a location. If I miss spell an address I cant go back and change it. It tells me that its already there. Can it be fixed?

I have been using this app for a while and though I had been backing it up with its back up feature, I actually did not understand what the back up feature was for or how to export my data for tax purposes. A request for help (frustrated request) and support gave me a detailed email explaining it all early the next day. Not all app support is as good as these guys so my hat is off to them! Thanks again for a great app!

It works very well with my biz & personal t Travel. My CPA is using it. Give it try. Best one I have found. Easy to use & configure. Not easy Not easy to print out.

Hate it but the latest update makes the GPS tracking of miles useless. I hope they fix it soon.

The app is very easy to use and records everything I need. The reports are so easy to just email to my accountant for taxes, BUT... There is no automatic backup or sync between devices. I dropped my phone and lost everything!!!!!!!
